Welcome to Animal Doctors Email Newsletter for June 2010

Hello from the Animal Doctors Team,

Over the past few months we have had some exciting changes, including Dr Johanna Todd joining our Team.

Dr Johanna is a talented vet with lots of enthusiasm and dedication. Her particular flare is for troublesome skin! (really good considering we are in Port Macquarie with all the skin problems dogs and cats get).

Hope you get to meet Johanna on your next visit for a routine reason of course.

Health Topic
Winter Arthritis

It is that time of year when those stiff joints and aches and pains are at their worst. There are several new ways we can manage this problem, ranging from natural supplements through to the well known anti-inflammatories.

Most popular is the injection known as cartrophen, an extremely safe yet incredibly effective way to help mobilise those stiff joints. There are several new generic products also available to keep the costs to you as minimal as possible.

Worried about your dog or cats mobility? We can certainly help, with treatments based on what your idea of a great outcome is. Tailoring our recommendations to you and your family is what we do!

As a bonus to our email list, we will offer a 50% discount on arthritis consultations - and a 15% discount any arthritis treatments (including cartrophen course, pernease powder and initial anti-inflammatories courses after a consultation). Remember only for a limited time, and the email discount must be mentioned at the time of making the appointment.

(For patients coming in specifically for joint health checks not general health checks, vaccinations etc. Only for a limited time - offer ends 30th June 2010)
(SORRY ONLY VALID FOR EMAIL RECIPIENTS)

For our long term arthritis patients, you could take the opportunity to get the issue re-evaluated at a great price and save on your next treatment.

(If you have a young dog or cat - winter is all about bladder stones - keep you pets active, plenty of fresh water and make sure they visit the "little room" before bed)
