We are trying to achieve the following
1. Peace of mind for our clients that they know all they need to know about their Senior pet (>7 years)
2. Screen older patients for kidney, liver disease, diabetes, blood pressure issues, and also pamper them with a warm hydrobath.
Already we have seen several patients screened and tested, and have discovered some underlying problems that can now be effectively cured or treated, that would have otherwise been missed until their next visit. This is a really incredible thing, these dogs now won't need anywhere near the amount of treatment, or intervention for these problems. so it has been a great start.
We are also experimenting with offering a discount/freebies, and I think we have gone a bit wild! In hindsight a little too generous, but hey, we didn't spend anything on traditional media to advertise it, and so we decided to pass the savings onto our loyal clients instead.
It is also the start of our "complete care" education initiatives, trying to better inform and educate our clients about what is the most complete care for heir animals. Then we also give them options along the way.
